Abstract

Absrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi kepemimpin, komunikasi organisasi, dan partsipasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota koperasi pedagang bunga di Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang.Loyalitas anggota adalah kualitas kesetiaan atau kepatuhan seseorang kepada perusahaan ataupun organisasi yang ditunjukkan melalui sikap atau tindakan (Suryani et al., 2020). Tjiptono (2006) dalam (Purba, 2011) ,Sintaasih, 2019), Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi pada pedagang bunga di Kopeng yang berjumlah 39 orang.Sampel yang digunakan seluruh anggota populasi berjumlah 39 responden.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Varibel bebas: motivasi, kepemimpinan, komuniasi organisasi dan partisipasi, sedangkan variable terika: Loyalitas. Motivasi, kepemimpinan, kommunikasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas loyalitas anggota, sedangkan partisipasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership motivation, organizational communication, and participation affect the loyalty of flower merchant cooperative members in Kopeng, Getasan District, Semarang Regency. Member loyalty is the quality of a person's loyalty or obedience to a company or organization which is shown through attitudes or actions (Suryani et al., 2020). Tjiptono (2006) in (Purba, 2011), Sintaasih, 2019), The population in this study were all members of the cooperative at the flower merchant in Kopeng, totaling 39 people. The sample used by all members of the population was 39 respondents. The sampling technique used the census method. The independent variables: motivation, leadership, organizational communication and participation, while the dependent variable: Loyalty. Motivation, leadership, organizational communication have no significant effect on member loyalty, while participation has a significant effect on loyalty
