THE EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION ABOUT PREGNANCY ON ANXIETY LEVEL OF PREGNANT IN THE ERA OF THE PANDEMIC COVID-19

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid 19) merupakan penyakit baru yang dapat mengancam jutaan nyawa orang diseluruh dunia. Covid 19 tidak hanya mempunyai dampak negatif bagi kesehatan fisik akan tetapi berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu yang rentan terhadap Covid 19, sehingga membuat kecemasan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil di era pandemic covid 19. Metode penelitian menggunakan pra eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pre-post Test Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yaitu sebanyak 37. Teknik Sampling menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 37 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kecemasan dengan skala HARS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh P value 0,000 yang artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil di era pandemi covid 19.   Coronavirus disease 19 (Covid 19) is a new disease that can threaten the lives of millions of people around the world. Covid 19 not only has a negative impact on physical health but also has an impact on mental health. Pregnant women are one of the most vulnerable to Covid 19, thereby increasing anxiety. This study aims to analyze the effect of health education on the level of anxiety of pregnant women in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pre-post Test Design. The population of this study were all 37 pregnant women. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 37 respondents. The research instrument used an anxiety questionnaire with the HARS scale. The results of the study obtained a P value of 0.000 which means that there is an influence of health education on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the era of the pandemic covid 19.
