<![CDATA[ABSTRAK. Permasalahan terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah Aceh khususnya bidang pendidikan menjadi layak untuk ditelaah. Merujuk pada tingkat pendidikan mempunyai kolerasi erat dengan kemiskinan. Undang-Undang tentang Pemerintahan Aceh sebagai penyangga dan landasan penting bagi eksistensi Aceh perlu aplikasikan substansinya. Namun jika teks UU hanya menjadi bahan bacaan dan terapan bagi sebagian golongan, tentunya sebagian golongan lainnya akan bereaksi akibat adanya diskriminasi. Sehingga dalam tulisan ini, education for the all harus dijadikan sebagai bahan refleksi dalam menindaklanjuti berbagai masalah yang terjadi dalam masyarakat Aceh. Education for All in the Law on Government of Aceh ABSTRACT. Problems associated with the Aceh government policies, especially in education become eligible for review. Referring to the education level has a close correlation with poverty. the Law on Government of Aceh as a buffer and an important foundation for the existence of Aceh need to apply the substance. But if the text of the Act only reading material and applied to some groups, of course, most of the other groups would react as a result of discrimination.
