<![CDATA[Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance and mutually agreed upon. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. directly or indirectly through employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a total of 42 employees at The Tanis Express Denpasar. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 For Windows program. The results of the analysis conclude that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There are limitations to the research object used only focusing on organizational culture and employee job satisfaction so that it cannot analyze or reach deeper into the factors that can affect employee performance]]>
