<![CDATA[Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the work system, be it an organization or a company, and the good or bad of a company or organization can be seen from how good or not the performance of its employees is. To avoid the bad side of employee performance, motivation, work environment and work discipline are needed so that all activities carried out by employees will be in accordance with existing procedures in the company and can improve quality and optimal performance of a company or organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, and work environment and work discipline on employee performance (at PT. Srikandi Jaya Group Denpasar). The issues raised in this study are improving employee performance and the motivation of each employee to work optimally so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently and can achieve organizational or company goals in the future. The type of data used is primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The sample selection was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect between work environment on employee performance, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance]]>
