Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan kebutuhan akan pemetaan dan analisis spasial dalam manajemen toko ritel mendorong pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Quantum GIS. Jurnal ini membahas implementasi SIG untuk pemetaan lokasi dan distribusi toko Indomaret di Kecamatan Tenggarong. Metode penelitian melibatkan akuisisi data spasial, analisis geografis, dan pemodelan SIG menggunakan Quantum GIS. Hasil pemetaan memvisualisasikan distribusi spasial toko Indomaret, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang strategi lokasi dan potensi pasar. Pembahasan mencakup keunggulan dan kendala penggunaan Quantum GIS dalam konteks ini serta implikasi praktisnya. Kesimpulan menyoroti kontribusi proyek ini dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dan merancang pengembangan toko Indomaret di wilayah Kecamatan Tenggarong. Studi ini memberikan landasan untuk penelitian lanjutan dalam penerapan teknologi SIG di industri ritel. Kata Kunci – Geografis, Sistem informasi, Indomaret, Tenggarong Abstract The increasing demand for mapping and spatial analysis in retail store management has driven the development of a Geographic Information System (GIS) based on Quantum GIS. This journal discusses the implementation of GIS for mapping the locations and distribution of Indomaret stores in Tenggarong District. The research methodology involves spatial data acquisition, geographical analysis, and GIS modeling using Quantum GIS. The mapping results visualize the spatial distribution of Indomaret stores, providing in-depth insights into location strategies and market potential. The discussion covers the advantages and limitations of using Quantum GIS in this context, as well as its practical implications. The conclusion highlights the contribution of this project in supporting strategic decision-making and designing the development of Indomaret stores in the Tenggarong subdistrict.
