<![CDATA[The performance of healt wokers that good will impact to quality of examination service to pregnant mother, include the performance of midwife as provider of health service maternal and neonatal with antenatal care quality thatgood, delivery and childbrith can be passed by a woman safely, so the material mortaility rate (MMR) in indonesia can be suppressed. This research purpose to know about the faktors that influence loyalty of midwife to strandart service antenatal in the palembang city. The research uses survey analytic with design of the data cross sectional with populaton midwife in the palembang city as many as 270 people meanwhile its sample uses proportional startified random sampling the amount of sample are 126 midwife in the palembang city. The data callection with questionnaries and checklists about standart service antenatal. The data analyzed with multiple linear reggresion test. The result of research with variable multiple regression test that more influential for royalty of midwife to standart service antenatal are age and years of service. The strength of the relation can looked from score or (EXP B). The strength of relation that biggest to the smallest are age (Or : 9,270) years of service (Or :6,387) meanwhile the calculation of the regression equation obtained that probability to disloyality of midwife in the standard service ANC is 70.72 %. The conclusion from this research are there relation between knowledge, attitude, motivation and years of service to standard service antenatal and there is no relation between training with standart service antenatal. The advice in this research is so that can used to do next research about implementation of standard service antenatal.]]>
