Abstract

  Abstract: There are complaints from the community in Lembang Limbong Sangpolo in receiving services, so this study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with leadership and public service in Lembang Limbong Sangpolo, Kurra District, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, a sample of 150 people, using accidental sampling technique, collecting data using questionnaires and observing a predetermined sample. The results of the study based on 14 indicators have varied values ​​with the highest assessment being on the certainty of service fees 3.35 and the lowest assessment on completion time2.74, with a weighted average 3.17 IKM conversion value 79.25 so that quality is obtained service (B) which is included in the "satisfactory" category, while the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Regarding Public Services with the highest score is the reasonableness of service fees  3.35 and the lowest rating at completion time  2.87, out of 14 items with an average -weighted average 3.13 IKM conversion value 78.25 so that service quality (B) is obtained which is included in the "satisfactory" category.   Keywords: Leadership, Service, Community Satisfaction   Abstrak: Adanya keluhan-keluhan masyarakat di Lembang Limbong Sangpolo dalam menerima pelayanan, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kepemimpinan dan pelayanan publik di Lembang Limbong Sangpolo, Kecamatan Kurra, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, sampel sebanyak 150 orang, dengan teknik accidental sampling, pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dan observasi terhadap sampel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian  berdasarkan 14 indikator memiliki nilai bervariasi dengan penilaian tertinggi ada pada kepastian biaya pelayanan 3,35 dan penilaian terendah pada waktu penyelesaian 2,74, dengan rata-rata tertimbang 3,17 nilai konversi IKM 79,25 sehingga diperoleh mutu pelayanan (B)  yang masuk dalam ketegori “memuaskan”, sedangkan  Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat  (IKM) Mengenai Pelayananan Publik dengan nilai tertinggi ada pada kewajaran biaya pelayanan = 3,35  dan penilaian terendah  pada waktu penyelesaian = 2,87, dari 14 item dengan rata-rata tertimbang =  3,13 nilai konversi IKM = 78,25 9sehingga diperoleh mutu pelayanan (B) yang masuk dalam ketegori “memuaskan”.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Masyarakat
