This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of Non-PermanentTeachers (GTT) at SDN Malingping. These factors are the influence of compensationand work motivation. Teachers who have high work motivation will have a positiveimpact on institutions in the school environment, so that these goals can be achieved. Inthis study, there are 2 problems, namely the effect of compensation on work motivationof non-permanent teachers (GTT) at SDN Malingping. This study uses qualitativemethods, the data collection techniques used are document analysis and observation.Teachers are Human Resources (HR) which are very important for human life becauseteachers have an important role in the intellectual life of the nation. However, there aremany conflicts that occur in Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT). Non-Permanent Teachers(GTT) are required to work optimally so that their students can become the nextgeneration of quality. However, Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT) do not receive properrights. This can lead to a prolonged dilemma, the magnitude of the responsibility givenas teaching staff has not been accompanied by the commensurate rights received byNon-Permanent Teachers (GTT).
