Abstract

The design of this questionnaire system utilizes the System Usability Scale (SUS) with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of the e-office on users' tracking of documents within the Electronic Official Correspondence Application of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The analysis of data obtained from the SUS questionnaire will provide valuable information regarding potential improvements required in the application to enhance its effectiveness.This qualitative method was conducted through the administration of a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to the active users of the aplikasi naskah dinas elektronik in the Provincial Government of Jakarta. The SUS questionnaire consists of ten questions with a five-point Likert scale, in which the respondents provide a rating based on the level of agreement ranging from "strongly agree", "agree", "uncertain", "disagree", to "strongly disagree". The research was conducted between May and July 2023 at the office of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The questionnaire was distributed to 105 intentionally selected respondents (purposive sampling) from within the environment of the Jakarta Provincial Government. The analysis of the SUS results shows that the score for the administrative staff or officers with Grade A is 83.00, while the score for the users of the letter trail feature with Grade C is 70.20. Hence, it is known that the website is accepted but with a low acceptance rate. Therefore, further improvements are required in the form of future solutions in order to develop the website.
