<![CDATA[The method which used in this research is analys with qualitative descriptive approach with case study, where researchers direct observation to the study site, because with that method researchers know how the condition of reserch object that is Penamas Nusaprima Factory and kebonagung village community. Analysis of the data devided into four stages which is, namely data, data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on the result of the reserch, conducted Penamas Nusaprima Factory role in improving the welfare of societyof kebonagung village, form of employment programs are prioritized for the community, help the water reservoir and funding to build a gates in the kebonagung and to the activities of rural communities.Keywords: penamas nusaprima factory contribution, labor absorption, prosperous]]>
