The Purpose of economic development in Batu city basically are to realize the prosperous society, both materially and spiritually. To achieve this purpose the government of Batu city implement various economic development program. The impact that are often forgotten is regional disparity. This Research aimed to analysis how large the regional disparity happen in each district, identifying causes and effort to overcome the disparity. The Results using Williamson Index, Entropi Theil Index showed that disparity in Junrejo district are more highly than two other district. Based on pearson correlation show that are realtionship between economic growth with disparity that happen in Batu city. Keywords: Disparity, Economic Growth, Entropi Theil, Williamson
