This research analyzes the role of sociology of law in understanding the interaction between legal systems and social reality in the context of the relationship between law and society. Using a normative legal approach, this study explores how sociology of law provides profound insights into the dynamics of social complexity influencing the formation, implementation, and enforcement of law. Through analysis of theories, concepts, and approaches in sociology of law, this research offers a better understanding of how legal systems interact with various social, cultural, and political factors within society.
