Abstract

The research that has been carried out aims to find out how e-commerce can increase sales volume in food creative industry MSMEs. The growth of buying and selling activities through online or e-commerce in Indonesia and in Padang City in particular is currently increasing as a result of advances in communication technology. One type of business that currently tends to experience an increase in the use of the internet as a means of promotion and transactions is the food creative industry business.
