<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of capital and motivation on the performance of women's entrepreneurial businesses in DKI Jakarta after the Covid-19 pandemic, with productivity as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative research with a literature study approach and descriptive and explanatory analysis methods. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research was conducted from December 2022 to August 2023, with 398 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The research problem raised is how capital and motivation influence business performance and whether productivity mediates this relationship. The research results show that capital and motivation have a significant and positive effect on business performance, and productivity has an important role as an intervening variable. Increasing capital and motivation contributes to increasing the performance of women's entrepreneurial businesses in DKI Jakarta after the Covid-19 pandemic.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal dan motivasi terhadap kinerja usaha wirausaha wanita di DKI Jakarta pasca pandemi Covid-19, dengan produktivitas sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur serta metode analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Penelitian dilakukan dari Desember 2022 hingga Agustus 2023, dengan responden sebanyak 398 wirausaha wanita. Persoalan riset yang diangkat adalah bagaimana modal dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja usaha dan apakah produktivitas memediasi hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja usaha, serta produktivitas memiliki peran penting sebagai variabel intervening.
