Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Tenaga keperawatan bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang optimal dalam meningkatkan dan mempertahankan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan selama 24 jam secara berkesinambungan. Perawat dalam menjalankan tugasnya menghadapi berbagai masalah kesehatan yang dialami oleh pasien dan keluarganya sehingga perawat memiliki beban kerja yang cukup tinggi. Beban kerja yang diterima oleh perawat merupakan salah satu faktor dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja pegawai guna mengaktualisasikan diri. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap beban kerja, pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui beban kerja. Metode: Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner terkait dukungan organisasi, lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja kepada 160 perawat di RSUD Haji Makassar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian kuantitatif ini ialah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis path dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap beban kerja (0,000<0,05), dukungan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (0,001<0,05), beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (0,000<0,05), dukungan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui beban kerja (0,000<0,05). ABSTRACT Background: Nursing services are an inseparable part of health services in hospitals. Nursing staff are responsible for providing optimal nursing services in improving and maintaining the quality of nursing services provided 24 hours a day on an ongoing basis. In carrying out their duties, nurses face various health problems experienced by patients and their families so that nurses experience quite a high workload. The workload received by nurses is one of the factors in creating employee job satisfaction in order to actualize themselves. Objective: This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support on workload, the influence of organizational support on job satisfaction, the influence of workload on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational support on job satisfaction through workload. Method: Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires related to organizational support, work environment, workload and job satisfaction to 160 nurses at RSUD Haji Makassar. The sampling technique used in this quantitative research is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS application. Results: Show that organizational support influences workload (0.000<0.05), organizational support influences job satisfaction (0.001< 0.05), workload influences job satisfaction (0.000<0.05), organizational support influences job satisfaction through workload (0.000<0.05).
