<![CDATA[The lack of intrinsic motivation in students to do positive things is something that needs to be considered by school management. Teachers are used to giving rewards to students to form positive habits, so that students are willing to carry out their obligations if a gift is given. Based on these problems, researchers are trying to examine how school management has strategies to increase intrinsic motivation in order to improve positive character and culture in students in particular. The aim of the research is to analyze Strategic Management to Build Intrinsic Motivation at SD Plus 3 Al Muhajirin and to analyze the impact of Strategic Management to Build Intrinsic Motivation to Improve Character and Positive Culture in SD Plus 3 Al Muhajirin Students. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation, attitude scales and documentation studies. The results of this research are an increase in students' positive character and culture which comes from intrinsic motivation and the role of teachers, students, parents and all school residents. This can be seen from the percentage that has increased in each cycle. Teachers as developers and implementers are expected to have the ability to manage, and become role models for students so that they continue to create noble morals and positive discipline, so that through the learning process they are undergoing, they continue to achieve the highest level of happiness in accordance with Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational goals. The role of the school principal is as a supporter in implementing this theory and the results of this research can be a reference according to school needs.]]>
