This research began with the researcher's interest in seeing the progress of a forum called the Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT) in Subang district which was deemed successful in carrying out several strategies and steps that brought 731 Diniyah Madrasah institutions in Subang Regency towards improving quality. The aims of this research are to 1) Find out FKDT's strategy for improving the quality of Diniyah madrasas in Subang, and 2) Find out the impact of the strategy implemented by FKDT to improve the quality of Diniyah madrasas in Subang. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research was carried out at the Subang Regency FKDT office. Apart from that, as additional data the researcher also visited the Ministry of Religion of Subang Regency, and several Islamic Madrasahs in Subang. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources in this research include the FKDT chairman, FKDT administrators, the Ministry of Religion of Subang district and several madrasa heads in Subang district. The results of the research show that 1) FKDT's strategy to improve the quality of Diniyah madrasahs in Subang district is to carry out superior programs such as holding FKDT cooperatives, annual grand graduations, annual santri camps, and annual Diniyah Madrasah management training. 2) The impact of the FKDT strategy for improving quality Diniyah madrasah in Subang, namely the existence of Diniyah teacher incentives which are sustainable to this day, increasing the quality of school principals and teachers through training, students who excel through the district level Porsadin event, students who have moral character, the establishment of cooperation with various government agencies, and also the establishment of cohesiveness and cooperation between diniyah throughout Subang district.
