Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze bibliometric research trends in the context of delegative leadership. Through the analysis of current literature and using the Vosviewer analysis tool, this study illustrates the evolution of the concept of delegative leadership and identifies key patterns that emerge in these studies. Bibliometric methods were used to collect, collate and analyze data from various sources of relevant academic literature. The research findings revealed a significant increase in the number of scholarly publications addressing delegative leadership over the past few years. The main themes that dominate the literature include the impact of delegative leadership. Through the selection of a representative database, comprehensive keywords, and data processing using VOSviewer, this study presents an informative visualization and statistical analysis of the dynamics of delegative leadership research. In addition, this study explores the prospects for future research development in the field of delegative leadership. By integrating a bibliometric approach, this study provides insights into branches of research that still need to be explored, knowledge gaps that can be filled, and potential development directions. The results of this study make an important contribution to academics, practitioners, and researchers interested in delegative leadership. By understanding current research trends and dynamics, we can better understand the practical implications of delegative leadership in modern organizational contexts.
