Income inequality is an important issue in the economy and public policy. Some studies suggest that income inequality can hinder economic growth, while others suggest that inequality can drive growth. This meta-analysis aims to systematically review the relationship between income inequality and economic growth. This study analyzed 13 studies published in 2022-2024. The data collection technique in this study is through direct observation through a journal database. The data analysis in this study is a quantitative analysis with the help of the CMA application. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant relationship between income inequality and economic growth with a value (rRE= 0.712) in the medium effect size category. This relationship is stronger in low- and middle-income countries compared to high-income countries.
