<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Firm Size, Asset Growth, DER and Current Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio.The population chosen is the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2022. The determination of the sample through the purposive sampling method obtained as many as 18 consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2022 with a total of 54 observational data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis method through SPSS version 26. The results of this study proved that firm size and DER had no effect on the dividend payout ratio, asset growth had a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio and the current ratio had a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. Tujuan dijalankannya penelitian ini guna menemukan pengaruh Firm Size, Asset Growth, DER dan Current Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Populasi yang dipilih yaitu perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2020-2022. Adapun penentuan sampel melalui metode purposive sampling yang didapatkan sebanyak 18 perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2020-2022 dengan total data observasi sebanyak 54 data. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis data melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa firm size dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio, asset growth berpengaruh negatif terhadap dividend payout ratio dan current ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap dividend payout ratio.]]>
