One of the agreements that often arise in society is business cooperation between 2 or more parties. This research also reviews the cooperation contract between ALTA.NET and partners in the internet network installation business. When conducting research, the author found a violation of default by the partner in the form of delinquent payments for some time. For this incident, ALTA.NET took several steps in resolving the default case with the partner. Based on these problems, the author wants to review how the implementation of cooperation between ALTA.NET and the partner and how the settlement efforts are made. The purpose of this study is to examine how the default resolution efforts that are happening. The research method used is library legal research. This document study uses a lot of secondary data. Key words: The Defaults, Contract, Agreements
