<![CDATA[Public policy implementation is an important process towards achieving policy objectives. Health service policies during the pandemic are very crucial because of adaptation to social restriction policies. Health centers in this case have an important role as the frontline of health services and also need to implement health service policies optimally. The Serang City Public Health Center is considered to provide good health services based on the Serang City community satisfaction index. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of health services at the Serang City Public Health Center and to identify the success factors of implementation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The research findings in this research are that the successful implementation of health services at the Serang City Publis Health Center is due to the integrity factor and the understanding of the officers in understanding the main tasks and functions, the commitment of the officers in providing honest, fair and friendly services, the availability of adequate and competent human resources. as well as good supervision from the leadership.]]>
