<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is: "To find out how much influence supervision of the Environmental Service on the compliance of business actors in carry out environmental monitoring and management in the City of Serang”. This research has a quantitative approach, is descriptive and associative. Population in this study were 387 business actors in Serang City. With the slovin technique, 80 samples were taken as internal respondents this research. The results of this study indicate that: There is an influence Supervision (X) has a significant effect on Business Actor Compliance (Y), because the tcount value for variable X (Supervision) is 7,289, while the value ttable for N = 80 of 1,990. So 7,289 > 1,990, it can be concluded that Partially the Supervision variable (X) has an effect on Actor Compliance Effort (Y). In the Summary Model it is proven that the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.405. This matter shows that 40.5% Supervision has a positive effect on Compliance of Business Actors while the remaining 59.5% has an effect on other factors not examined in this study. environmental monitoring carried out by the Serang City Environment Service had a positive effect and significantly to the compliance of business actors in carrying out management efforts and environmental monitoring in Serang City, this shows that the better the supervision carried out by DLH Serang City, the higher also the level of compliance that will be carried out by business actors in carry out environmental management as expected. This matter shows higher or frequent and periodic monitoring it will further increase the compliance of business actors. Better supervision is carried out consistently and continuously, it will the higher the compliance of business actors in managing the environment and implementing environmental regulations.]]>
