<![CDATA[Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) merupakan wadah bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan diri melalui kegiatan-kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Bagi siswa-siswi SMA yang tergabung dalam OSIS, keunikan karakter, perbedaan sudut pandang dan harapan tiap individu dapat menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam berkomunikasi, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Untuk itulah, pelatihan komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan serta korespondensi diberikan selama dua hari pada tanggal 25 dan 26 Februari 2022. Pelatihan diberikan kepada pengurus OSIS SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servatius, agar setiap individu menumbuhkan sikap kepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi serta menerapkan tata kelola korespondensi yang baik selama menjadi pengurus OSIS. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan workshop. Dari hasil survei kepada peserta pelatihan, diperoleh informasi bahwa pelatihan ini membawa manfaat bagi mereka. ABSTRACT Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) is a forum for high school students to develop themselves through activities to achieve common goals. The uniqueness of character, different perspectives, and expectations of each individual might be a barrier in communicating, both orally and in writing, for members of the organization. To improve their communication, management and leadership skills, therefore, two days of training on organizational communication, leadership, and correspondence were held on February 25 and 26, 2022. Training was given to OSIS management members at Pangudi Luhur II Servatius High School to help them develop leadership attitudes in the organization and applies good correspondence governance while serving as OSIS officials. The methods used in the training are lectures, discussions, and workshops. The survey findings from the training participants indicate that the program have given positive impact on them.]]>
