<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDalam suatu rumah sakit, pasien yang berada dalam ruang perawatan sering memerlukan bantuan dari para tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat atau dokter. Komunikasi pasien dengan tenaga medis dapat dilakukan secara langsung atau menggunakan alat panggil. Perangkat sistem pemanggil perawat atau biasa disebut nurse call, adalah untuk memanggil perawat yang berada di nurse station apabila seorang pasien membutuhkan bantuan. Tombol panggil ada disamping tempat tidur pasien dan di kamar mandi. Dalam pedoman teknis yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Kesehatan disebutkan bahwa perangkat nurse call harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi audio antara perawat dan pasien, akan tetapi ternyata tidak semua perangkat nurse call di rumah sakit memiliki fitur ini. Perangkat nurse call dengan fitur komunikasi biasanya harganya jauh lebih mahal. Pada IbM ini telah dilakukan pembuatan sistem panggil bel pasien yang dilengkapi dengan papan informasi berupa monitor LCD. Metode kegiatan ini adalah dengan studi literatur, observasi lapangan terhadap jumlah ruang perawatan dan letak ruang perawat dan kemudian desain serta pembuatan sistem tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini untuk manajemen rumah sakit sangat bermanfaat yaitu dapat menerima panggilan dari pasien secara cepat dan tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan, sedangkan bagi pasien fungsi bel panggil ini sangat membantu karena dapat memanggil tenaga medis dengan cepat dan efisien. Patient communication with medical personnel can be done directly or using a calling device. The nurse call system device, or what is usually called a nurse call, is for calling a nurse at the nurse station if a patient needs help. Call buttons are located next to the patient's bed and in the bathroom. In the technical guidelines published by the Ministry of Health, it is stated that nurse call devices must have audio communication capabilities between nurses and patients, but it turns out that not all nurse call devices in hospitals have this feature. Nurse call devices with communication features usually cost much more. At IbM, a patient bell calling system has been created which is equipped with an information board in the form of an LCD monitor. The method of this activity is literature study, field observation of the number of treatment rooms and the location of the nurse's room and then the design and manufacture of the system. The results of this activity for hospital management are very useful, namely being able to receive calls from patients quickly and precisely so that they can improve services, while for patients the call bell function is very helpful because they can call medical personnel quickly and efficiently.]]>
