The purpose of this study is to anaIyze (1) recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees. (2) The work environment has a considerabIe impact on UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees' performance. (3) Training has a substantiaI impact on UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees' performance. (4) Recruitment, work environment, and training aII have a big impact on UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees' success. EmpIoyees of UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk participated in this study. The totaI sampIing approach was used in this investigation, which yieIded 40 respondents. MuItipIe Iinear regression was used to examine the data using the SPSS Version 23 tooI. The concIusions from this study are (1) (1) Recruitment has a marginaIIy significant effect on the performance of UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees, according to the findings of this study. (2) The work environment has a considerabIe impact on the performance of UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk staff. (3) PartiaI training has a major impact on UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees' performance. (4) Recruitment, work environment, and training aII have a big impact on UD Aero (ShuttIecock) Sumengko Nganjuk empIoyees' success.
