<![CDATA[Sagu merupakan tanaman perkebunan yang banyak dikembangkan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, salah satunya Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka. Salah satu produk turunan sagu adalah tepung sagu basah. Salah satu usaha pengolahan tepung sagu basah di Desa Harapan Makmur adalah usaha pengolahan sagu basah milik H.Bahtiar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan dan efisiensi usaha dari pengolahan sagu basah Pak H.Bahtiar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis keuntungan dan analisis efisiensi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Biaya total usaha sagu basah adalah sebesar Rp. 71.939.555,5/bulan, (2) Total penerimaan diperoleh adalah sebesar Rp. 82.744.200,00/bulan, (3) Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 10.804.644,5/bulan, (4) Usaha pengolahan sagu basah kilang H. Bahtiar efisien dengan nilai RCR sebesar 1,15 Sago is a plantation crop that has been widely developed by people in Indragiri Hilir Regency, one of which is Gaung Anak Serka sub-district. One of the sago derivative products is wet flavor sago. One of the largest wet sago processing business in Harapan Makmur Village is Mr. H. Bahtiar . The purpose of this study was to determine the cost, revenue, profit and business efficiency of Mr. H. Bahtiar wet sago processing. The method used are cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis and business efficiency analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The total cost was Rp. 71.939.555,5/month, (2) The total revenue was Rp. 82.744.000,00/month, (3) The profit is Rp. 10.804.644,5/month, (4) The H.
