<![CDATA[It is against this background that there has been a lot of discussion about the case of sexual harassment that occurred to an employee at the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), which has succeeded in creating an uproar among netizens for its open letter which was uploaded on September 1 2021 in various mass media with different reporting perspectives, one of which is Kompas media. com. This study analyzes how the form of presentation of sexual harassment news in the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission? And, how is the news framed by kompas.com mass media? This study uses a qualitative research method with a media text analysis approach, which focuses on the framing analysis of the Robert N. Entman model through four stages, namely, problem definition, estimating the causes of problems, making moral choices, and offering problem solutions. Collection of research data through observation and documentation obtained from the kompas.com website. The results of this study are, Kompas.com online media frames the reality of sexual harassment that occurs within the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) by trying to provide a balanced perspective by presenting sources from various parties such as the victim's attorney, the attorney for the alleged perpetrator, the KPI, and the police. In addition, Kompas.com also tends to try to form the opinion that sexual harassment still occurs in various places, both in the public and private spheres, and not only that, Kompas.com mass media also emphasizes the heroic side of victims in reporting their traumatic experiences and fraudulent attempts by suspected perpetrators to report back the victim.]]>
