<![CDATA[Abstrak Persalinan adalah proses fisiologis dan akhir perjalanan dari kehamilan seorang ibu. Tingginya tingkat kematian ibu saat persalinan dapat dicegah dengan pertolongan tenaga kesehatan yang terampil. Metode Double Exponential Smooting Holt adalah salah satu metode peramalan yang dapat digunakan pada data berpola tren. Data persentase persalinan ditolong tenaga kesehatan (dokter, bidan dan tenaga medis) tahun 2023-2023 cenderung memiliki pola data tren naik. Hasil perhitungan pada penelitian ini, tingkat kesalahan peramalan terkecil menggunakan MAD, MSE dan MAPE berturut-turut 0.97; 2.15; 1.18% dengan nilai parameter dan . Dari hasil tersebut dapat diramalkan persentase persalinan ditolong tenaga kesehatan (dokter, bidan dan tenaga medis) pada tahun 2024 sebesar 97.19, tahun 2025 sebesar 97.74 dan tahun 2026 sebesar 98.29. The high rate of maternal death during childbirth can be prevented with the help of skilled health personnel. The Double Exponential Smoothing Holt method is a forecasting method that can be used on trend pattern data. Data on the percentage of births assisted by health workers (doctors, midwives and medical personnel) in 2023-2023 tends to have an upward trend data pattern. The calculation results in this study show that the smallest forecasting error rate using MAD, MSE and MAPE is 0.97; 2.15; 1.18% with parameter values α=0.9 and β=0.5. From these results it can be predicted that the percentage of births assisted by health workers (doctors, midwives and medical personnel) in 2024 will be 97.19, in 2025 will be 97.74 and in 2026 it will be 98.29.
