Penerapan Metode Webuse dalam Evaluasi Situs Smarco.co.id dan Majushop.id

Website Smarco.co.id dan Majushop.id merupakan supermarket online yang berada di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk evaluasi kegunaan Smarco.co.id dan Majushop.id dan mendapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada kedua website tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner di Google Form yang berisi 24 pertanyaan dengan pilihan jawaban menggunakan skala likert sebanyak 5 pilihan dan disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus lemeshow. Salah satu teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling yang merupakan teknik non probability sampling dan perhitungannya menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Dari hasil perhitungan pengolahan data, nilai variabel terbesar yaitu Konten, Organisasi dan Keterbacaan. Lalu pada variabel Link dan Navigasi, Performa dan Efisiensi mendapatkan nilai yang besar juga. Sedangkan untuk nilai terkecil berada pada variabel Desain Tampilan Pengguna. Nilai usability pada kedua situs tersebut berada pada level Good (Baik). Hasil usability pada Smarco.co.id bernilai 3,501 dan 3,401 untuk Majushop.id The Smarco.co.id and Majushop.id websites are online supermarkets located in Medan, North Sumatra. This study was conducted to evaluate the usability of Smarco.co.id and Majushop.id and to find out the problems that occur on both websites. This study used a questionnaire on Google Form containing 24 questions with 5 choices of answers using a Likert scale and distributed to 100 respondents determined by the Lemeshow formula. One of the sampling techniques used is purposive sampling which is a non-probability sampling technique and its calculation uses the Lemeshow formula. From the results of data processing calculations, the largest variable values are Content, Organization and Readability. Then in the Link and Navigation variables, Performance and Efficiency also get large values. While the smallest value is in the User Display Design variable. The usability value on both sites is at the Good level. The usability results on Smarco.co.id are 3.501 and 3.401 for Majushop.id. Usability results show that the Smarco.co.id website is better and shows that the website is easier to use than Majushop.id.
