<![CDATA[Tahanan Pendamping (tamping) merupakan narapidana yang terpilih untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan kepada sesama narapidana di dalam Lapas. Proses pemilihan tamping pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Lembata dilakukan selama kurang lebih 2 bulan yang menyebabkan pekerjaan pada tempat tugas tamping tersebut menjadi terhambat dan tentunya kekurangan tamping. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu dan mempercepat wali pemasyarakatan dalam memilih narapidana yang akan dijadikan rekomendasi sebagai tamping. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Tahanan Pendamping dibuat menggunakan metode PROMETHEE berbasis web. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk memilih tamping yaitu warga binaan yang telah menjalani masa tahanan paling singkat 6 bulan, telah menjalani sepertiga masa pidana, tidak pernah melanggar tata tertib, sehat jasmani, dan mempunyai kecakapan dan ketrampilan khusus. Ada 2 pengguna dalam sistem yaitu Kepala Lapas dan admin. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode pengujian user acceptance test (UAT), dari 13 pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada 36 responden dengan persentase tertinggi 93,92% pada variabel fungsionalitas, dan persentase terendah 92,01% pada variabel kehandalan, serta pada variabel efisiensi dengan persentase mencapai 93,75% dan variabel kegunaan dengan persentase mencapai 92,59%. Pengujian Black Box terhadap 39 fungsi di dalam sistem didapatkan semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan user. Associate Prisoners are convicts who are selected to carry out coaching activities for fellow inmates in Correctional Institutions. The process of selecting associate prisoners at the Lembata Class III Penitentiary was carried out for approximately 2 months which caused work at the assigned place of the associate prisoners to be hampered and of course a shortage of accompanying detainees. Therefore, a system is needed that can assist and accelerate correctional guardians in selecting convicts who will be recommended as associate prisoners. The Decision Support System for the Selection of Associate Prisoners was created using the web-based PROMETHEE method. The criteria used to select detainee companions are prisoners who have served a prison term of at least 6 months, have served one-third of their sentence, have never violated any rules, are physically healthy, and have special skills and abilities. There are 2 users in the system, namely the head of Penitentiary and admin. The results of testing the system using the user acceptance test (UAT) testing method, out of 13 questions posed to 36 respondents with the highest percentage of 93.92% on the functionality variable, and the lowest percentage of 92.01% on the reliability variable, as well as on the efficiency variable with the percentage reaching 93.75% and usability variables with a percentage reaching 92.59%. Black Box testing of 39 functions in the system found that all functions were running well and according to user expectations.]]>
