Abstract: Waste management has become a critical issue in the context of sustainable development. This challenge is increasingly urgent in urban areas, particularly in developing cities like Bandung. This journal aims to analyze the potential development of BSI (Community-Based Waste Management) in Sadang Serang to assist with waste management in Bandung City. The research method used combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, incorporating SWOT and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. SWOT and AHP questionnaires were distributed to all eight BSI Sadang Serang managers, and ATP (Ability to Pay) and WTP (Willingness to Pay) questionnaires were distributed to 31 respondents. Based on the research results, the priority order in the waste management aspects is as follows: Community Participation Aspect, Financing Aspect, Regulatory Aspect, Institutional Aspect, and Technical Operational Aspect, with a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.06. Meanwhile, the CR for the priority of alternative strategies is 0.09. The ATP and WTP questionnaires were also distributed to the general public, resulting in an ATP value of Rp. 15.919 and a WTP value of Rp. 5.887.
