<![CDATA[The development of information technology has affected changes in various fields, one of which is in the health sector. Osadha Klinik Pratama uses the ACM (Avatar Clinic Management) system, the ACM system has experienced several obstacles, namely, the occurrence of multiple patient names in the system, the occurrence of errors when logging in to the ACM system, and some features that are not used. the registration process is still manual, where patients come to the clinic and register at the registration department before receiving services, then the officer inputs patient data into the system. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based outpatient registration information system case study at Osadha Klinik Pratama Denpasar.This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). the development of this information system uses the prototype model SDLC method.The results of system testing from the aspect of functionality suitability obtained a good score; in reliability testing it was stated that the information system developed had fulfilled the relibiliaty aspect; in portability testing it was stated that the information system developed had a high portability aspect; in usability testing obtained responses from respondents that the information system developed was in the feasible category]]>
