and a modernization system in the government system which is considered not to have gone well as it should for the purpose of bureaucratic reform, therefore real and structured efforts are needed in order to be able to change bureaucratic systems and procedures starting from the aspect of institutional organization, attitude/ behavior. In this study the aims were to determine the implementation of the restructuring model in the Bojonegoro Regency regional apparatus organizations and to find out effective policies for restructuring regional apparatuses. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using analytical tools in the form of interviews and literature studies to determine the restructuring system modeling approach implemented in Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the research show that the restructuring in Bojonegoro Regency has been carried out in accordance with the established legal basis. The restructuring agenda is an urgency for improving public service governance. In 41 OPDs such as the Communication and Informatics Office, the Education Office, the Social Service and the Fire Service and 37 other services. The restructuring of several of these agencies was carried out by using the departmentalization and work specialization models, optimizing technology in the form of G-Sinjab to create new organizational dimensions, as well as improving the governance of Human Resources for Apparatuses in Bojonegoro Regency to support the realization of Good Governance through the regional apparatus restructuring agenda in Bojonegoro Regency .
