This is an opportunity to be mobilized in the Adminduk consciousness when management is still free. The purpose of this study is to find out a clear picture of the application for an adult birth certificate through Klampid New Generation (KNG). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of services carried out in the Embong Kaliasin Village has been going well according to existing theoretical indicators, but it is necessary to improve community services on communication indicators . resources, disposition or attitude of executors, and bureaucratic structures such as socialization regarding posters and door to door.]]>
