The presence of street children using Aibon glue in the city of Merauke is causing public order disturbances and is worrying. To overcome this social problem, programs are needed that aim to change thought patterns, attitudes, behavior and ways of living in society. The aim of the research was to understand how the Social Service carries out the implementation of handling social problems of Aibon glue users in Merauke City. The research was carried out in Merauke City using a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to describe phenomena related to the implementation of handling social problems. Qualitative research methods are research used to examine the condition of scientific objects using a theoretical basis as material for discussion in the research. Data collection techniques are a step in conducting research. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of handling social problems carried out by the Social Service has not been carried out optimally, it can be seen from the communication indicators that it has not been evenly distributed and has not reached all levels of society optimally, resource indicators are still very limited and inadequate, attitude or disposition indicators are quite good because The Social Service has understood the duties and responsibilities it carries out, the indicators of the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of handling social problems of Aibon glue users in Merauke City still need to be improved, due to the lack of cooperation between various parties or related stakeholders.
