<![CDATA[Child abuse is a complex problem that is important to address in every region, one of which is Sidoarjo District. In an effort to reduce cases of violence against children, DP3AKB made an innovation in the form of the Diamond Program. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Diamond Program in providing protection for victims of child abuse in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study state that there are indicators that are optimal and not optimal, this can be seen from: 1) The Diamond Program is not well communicated to the target group because the socialization process has not been carried out thoroughly and comprehensively 2) Diamond Program resources are still lacking. This is because the number of staff owned is still insufficient and does not have good abilities and skills. 3) On the disposition indicator, the commitment shown by DP3AKB as a program implementor is very good through understanding, attitude and behavior 4) On the bureaucratic structure indicator, the implementation of the Diamond program in Sidoarjo Regency has SOPs that regulate the direct and online complaint mechanisms and the stages of counseling for victims of child abuse.]]>
