Islamic religious education, particularly in its implementation, is closely associated with effective management practices. One form of Islamic religious education is Diniyyah education. This study aims to: 1) examine the management of development activities in village Diniyyah education at Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Al-Amiriyyah Darussalam Blokagung, and 2) identify the challenges encountered in managing these activities. This research employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which encompasses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the management of Diniyyah development activities includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Planning activities involve formulating educator roles, determining Diniyyah teachers and classes, preparing program plans, arranging learning materials and books, scheduling learning sessions, and establishing an organizational structure. Implementation involves socialization and guidance activities. Innovations in Diniyyah development include updates in teaching methods, educators, and learning materials. Evaluation of Diniyyah education is conducted through assessments of both teachers and learners. Challenges in managing Diniyyah activities at MTS Al-Amiriyyah include issues related to discipline and time allocation.
