<![CDATA[Abstract. PT Foximas Mandiri was established in 1975 which is a manufacturing company in the field of shoe production. The company implements the MTS and MTO market response strategies. Based on the research that has been conducted, there is a problem in the company, namely a poor production plan that does not refer to the company's production capacity so that the production completion time exceeds the due date agreed with the consumer. Indications of problems encountered resulted in the company having to pay a penalty of 10% of the PO value. This resulted in the company experiencing losses and decreased customer loyalty because the company could not fulfill the request according to the agreed time. Next, make RCCP from the JIP that has been obtained so that it is known that the company's current capacity requirements are sufficient to complete the actual order. After that, scheduling is done with Time Fences to find out the remaining capacity owned by the company as information in making additional order decisions. Abstrak. PT. Foximas Mandiri didirikan pada tahun 1975 yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pada bidang produksi sepatu. Perusahaan tersebut menerapkan strategi merespon pasar MTS dan MTO. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemui permasalahan pada perusahaan yaitu rencana produksi kurang baik yang tidak mengacu pada kapasitas produksi perusahaan sehingga waktu penyelesaian produksi melebihi due date yang telah disepakati bersama konsumen. Indikasi permasalahan yang ditemui mengakibatkan perusahaan harus membayar penalti sebesar 10% dari nilai PO . Hal tersebut mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian serta menurunnya loyalitas konsumen karena perusahaan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan sesuai dengan waktu yang disepakati. Selanjutnya, membuat RCCP dari JIP yang telah diperoleh sehingga diketahui bahwa kebutuhan kapasitas perusahaan saat ini mencukupi untuk menyelesaikan pesanan aktual. Setelah itu dilakukan penjadwalan dengan Time Fences untuk mengetahui sisa kapasitas yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sebagai informasi dalam mengambil keputusan pesanan tambahan.]]>
