Mental health is a condition of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being and freedom from pressure or stressors. This research aims to determine the effect of the mental health alert village program on the skills of mental health cadres, village officials and health workers in carrying out tasks in the program of mental health alert village in Botolinggo Village, Bondowoso Regency. The research design used was a quasi-experimental, using pre-post test without control group design. The subjects in this research included mental health cadres, village officials and health workers in the Botolinggo Village area. The population in this study were 137 people. Using purposive sampling techniques, a sample of 73 respondents were obtained. The results of the bivariate analysis shows that practical assistance is significantly affected by the skills of mental health cadres in carrying out early detection of mental health (p value=0.000), the skills of village officials in using the e-DSSJ application (p value=0.046) and the skills of health workers in managing mental health services (p value=0.000). It is recommended that the mental health alert village program can be implemented in every village to improve the level of mental health of the community.
