This study aims to describe students' errors in solving mathematical connection problems of System Inequality Linear Two Variables based on Kastolan's stages. The research subjects chosen in this study were students of one of the high schools in West Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative method of case study approach. The instruments used in this research are the researcher himself, test instruments and interviews. The data collection techniques in this study used data collection techniques triangulation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. There are 3 types of errors made by students in connection problems in Systems of Two Variables Linear Inequalities. First, conceptual errors include students not using the correct formulas and theorems to answer problems, using formulas incorrectly in determining each inequality, and misinterpreting a statement in determining the sign of inequality. Second, the procedural error is students did the questions given not according to the steps. Third, technical errors are converting units incorrectly and making errors in calculations.
