Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses komunikasi pemasaran berawal dari pelanggan atau calon pelanggan, kemudian berbalik kepada perusahaan untuk menentukan dan mendefinisikan bentuk dan metode yang perlu dikembangkan bagi program komiunikasi yang persuasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pengunjung di Kambo Highland Palopo. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel berasal dari pengunjung yang berjumlah 1.000 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung ABSTRAct The marketing communication process starts with the customer or potential customer, then turns to the company to determine and define the forms and methods that need to be developed for persuasive communication programs. This study aims to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication and service quality on visitor loyalty at Kambo Highland Palopo. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample came from visitors totaling 1,000 people. The results showed that integrated marketing communication and service quality had a significant effect on visitor loyalty.
