<![CDATA[PT Hikari Teknologi Indonesia already has an information system that covers the fields of human resources, finance, operations and marketing that helps and accelerates the acquisition of data information on the company's internal activities. However, the problem with the document data collection system that still uses a manual system is that the document processing is still in physical or printed form. In addition, the efficiency of document data is still low, and the inaccurate retrieval of document report data makes it difficult for HRGA department staff and not automatic in using document data management in the modern era. The method used in designing this system is direct observation to PT HTI to collect accurate document information data. The results starting from observation, design and creation of the system can be concluded that it is expected to help the workflow to be more efficient and reduce the risk of data errors in the decision-making process.]]>
