Abstract. This research discusses the fulfillment of the rights of wives who are divorced by their husbands in view of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The focus of the research is the case of the wife's rights which were rejected by the court in Bengkulu. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with qualitative analysis of secondary data, such as legal documents and related reports. The results of the analysis show that the rights of a wife who is divorced by her husband should be obtained, but in this case the judge rejected the wife's rights. Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemenuhan Hak-Hak Istri Yang Diceraikan Oleh Suami Ditinjau Dari Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan Dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Fokus penelitian adalah kasus hak-hak istri yang ditolak pengadilan yag berada di Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap data sekunder, seperti dokumen-dokumen hukum dan laporan-laporan terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa hak istri yang diceraikan oleh suami seharusnya diperoleh namun dalam hal ini hakim menolah hak-hak istri tersebut.
