PENERAPAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI CADU SAKTI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA HINDU DAN BUDIPEKERTI SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI MODEL TERPADU MADANI KECAMATAN MANTIKULORE KOTA PALU SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

Hindu religious education and morals play a very important role in supporting the development of other sciences. Therefore, it is very important for Hindu religious education and morals to be given to students starting from elementary school to university level. Based on the results of observations carried out at the Madani Integrated Model Elementary School, information was obtained that the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education and Budipekerti had not achieved the results as expected. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the average score for the Class IV Hindu Religious Education and Education class reached 67%. These results show that the learning outcomes of students are less than 75%, which means that the learning outcomes for Hindu Religious Education and Budipekerti are still relatively low. The solution that can be used to solve this problem is to apply the Discovery Learning learning model. Based on the results of the findings and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of the Discivery Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Hindu Religious Education and Character Education for class IV students at the Madani Integrated Model Elementary School with learning completeness in cycle I by 58% to 83% in cycle II. ABSTRAKPendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang perkembangan ilmu-ilmu yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti sangat penting diberikan kepada peserta didik dimulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD Negeri Model Terpadu Madani diperoleh informasi bahwa hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti belum mencapai hasil sesuai dengan harapan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti kelas IV mencapai 67%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta diidik kurang dari 75% yang artinya hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti masih tergolong rendah. Solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Discivery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budipekerti siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Model Terpadu Madani dengan ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 58% menjadi 83% pada siklus II.
