<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan wisata konservasi penyu di Kampung Gag, Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi program pengembangan masyarakat menggunakan instrumen indeks kepuasan masyarakat. Kompetensi pengelola program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat wisata konservasi penyu dinilai melalui empat indikator, yaitu kemampuan menyampaikan informasi secara jelas dan mudah dimengerti, inovasi/kebaruan yang dilakukan pengelola, kejelasan identitas pengelola, serta pemahaman pengunjung terhadap fungsi pengelola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasilnya adalah masyarakat memiliki persepsi positif terhadap kompetensi pengelola program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat wisata konservasi penyu. This study aims to determine public perception of the competence of turtle conservation tourism community development and empowerment program managers. This research is an evaluation of community development programs using the community satisfaction index instrument. The competence of turtle conservation tourism community development and empowerment program managers is assessed through four indicators, namely the ability to convey information clearly and easily understood, innovation/novelty carried out by the manager, clarity of the manager's identity, visitor's understanding of the manager's function. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The result is that the community has a positive perception of the competence of turtle conservation tourism community development and empowerment program managers. ]]>
