<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 menjadi faktor utama yang harus dilakukan untuk memutus rantai penularan. Para tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Manna dituntut untuk dapat menjaga diri dalam hal penerapan protokol kesehatan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Manna.Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Manna, jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data dengan univariabel, bivariabel chi square dan multivariabel regresi logistik.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan sebagian besar responden (57,9%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, (56,6%) memiliki sikap patuh, (55,3%) memiliki dukungan keluarga baik dan 45 responden (59,2%) yang memiliki kepatuhan ketat terhadap protokol kesehatan. Terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan protokol kesehatan (p value = 0,002, 0,018 dan 0,030).Simpulan : Pengetahuan yang baik dan sikap patuh dari petugas kesehatan dapat mengurangi penularan virus Covid-19. Disarankan agar petugas kesehatan selalu memberikan informasi mengenai penularan virus Covid-19.Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Dukungan Keluarga, Sikap, Pengetahuan ABSTRACTBackground: Efforts to prevent and control Covid-19 are the main factors that must be taken to break the chain of transmission. Health workers at the Manna City Health Center are required to be able to protect themselves in terms of implementing health protocols. Aims to determine the factors that influence the fulfillment of health protocols for health workers at the Manna City Health Center. Methods : This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were health workers at the Manna City Health Center, the total sample was 76 respondents using total sampling. Data analysis using univariable, bivariable chi square and multivariable logistic regression. Results: The results of the research show that the distribution of knowledge, attitudes, family support and compliance with health protocols, most respondents (57.9%) have good knowledge, (56.6%) have an obedient attitude, (55.3%) have good family support and 45 respondents (59.2%) who have strict adherence to health protocols. There is an influence of knowledge, attitudes and family support on compliance with health protocols (p value = 0.002, 0.018 and 0.030). Good knowledge and obedient attitude from health workers can reduce transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
