<![CDATA[One form of physiological adaptation of pregnant women is hemodilution which causes anemia in pregnancy, so that anemia becomes a health problem in pregnant women with the highest prevalence. One of the efforts to prevent anemia is to promote iron consumption and provide Fe tablet supplements. Therefore, research is needed that aims to analyze the relationship between the motivation of pregnant women and the accuracy of Fe tablet consumption by pregnant women. This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The respondents of the study were 41 pregnant women who checked their pregnancies at PMB Haryati, A.Md.Keb Madiun Regency, who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Maternal motivation was measured using a questionnaire, while the accuracy of Fe tablet consumption was measured through interviews. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results of the study showed that most pregnant women (65.8%) had high motivation to consume Fe tablets, but most pregnant women (58.5%) were not accurate in consuming Fe tablets. The results of the hypothesis test showed a p value = 0.001, which means there was a correlation between motivation and the accuracy of Fe tablet consumption. Furthermore, it was concluded that the motivation of pregnant women is a determinant of accuracy in consuming Fe tablets.Keywords: pregnancy anemia; Fe tablets; accuracy of consumption; motivation ABSTRAK Salah satu bentuk adaptasi fisiologis ibu hamil adalah hemodilusi yang menyebabkan anemia, sehingga anemia menjadi masalah kesehatan pada ibu hamil dengan prevalensi tertinggi. Salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia adalah promosi konsumsi zat besi serta pemberian suplemen tablet Fe. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi ibu hamil dengan akurasi konsumsi tablet Fe oleh ibu hamil. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden penelitian adalah 41 ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilan di PMB Haryati, A.Md.Keb, Kabupaten Madiun, yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Motivasi ibu diukur menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan akurasi konsumsi tablet Fe diukur melalui wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil (65,8%) memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk mengonsumsi tablet Fe, namun sebagian besar ibu hamil (58,5%) tidak akurat dalam mengonsumsi tablet Fe. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai p = 0,001, yang berarti ada korelasi antara motivasi dengan akurasi konsumsi tablet Fe.
