<![CDATA[PT. BMJK is a company engaged in the production of cigarette paper and develops its business by building a packaging division that produces packaging boxes for cigarettes, food, as well as several products such as laminated paper foil, airplane tickets, flying, and others. PT BMJ itself has consumers from various countries, such as Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kuwait, Syria, Russia, Poland, and others. Therefore, to meet high demand, PT BMJK must control the inventory of raw materials needed in the production process so that there is no excess or shortage of stock. Because of these problems, companies must implement inventory management using inventory management theory. The inventory management model that will be used in this study is the ABC Analysis method , this method can carefully measure the costs that come out of each activity. So, the results obtained from this study are that there is 1 material that belongs to category A, there are 7 materials that belong to category B, there are 27 materials that fall into category C. Thus, the method used can help companies control their inventory.]]>
